Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom design orders require 5-10 business days for processing before shipment.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom design orders, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
- Ship the item back to us in its original condition with tags attached
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange
