At The Flat Creek Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Standard Items - 30 Day Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Items must have all original tags attached
  • Items must be in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible

Custom Design Orders

Custom orders are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of custom design t-shirts and apparel, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • We made an error in your custom design
  • The item arrived damaged

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to help. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom design orders (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number
  2. Provide the reason for your return
  3. We'll send you return instructions and authorization
  4. Ship the item back to us following our instructions
