Ever wonder what goes into making one of our tees? It's more than just a shirt — it's a process. Here's a behind-the-scenes look at every step, from the moment an idea sparks to the day it lands at your door.
Step 1: The Idea
Every tee starts with a concept — whether it's a nostalgic throwback graphic, a farmhouse-inspired design, or a holiday motif. We sketch, refine, and test until the design feels right for our brand and our customers.
Step 2: Choosing the Blank
We source quality blanks — primarily Gildan Softstyle and Comfort Colors — because the base shirt is just as important as the design on it. The right blank determines how the bleach reacts, how the print looks, and how the shirt feels to wear.
Step 3: Printing or Bleaching
Depending on the design, we either apply a DTF print or hand-bleach the shirt — sometimes both. Each method requires care and attention to get right. Hand-bleached pieces especially take time, since every shirt reacts a little differently.
Step 4: Quality Check
Before anything ships, we inspect every piece. If it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't go out. Simple as that.
Step 5: Packed & Shipped to You
We pack every order with care and ship it straight to your door. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.
